The Town of East Gwillimbury is seeking a Manager, Technical Services and Operations Support to lead the Town’s water, wastewater, stormwater, roads operations, streetlighting and solid waste functions. You will oversee regulatory compliance, capital planning, contracts and performance reporting, coordinating with the EPW team and Council.

The ideal candidate holds a civil/environmental engineering technology diploma (or PE/CET), a G license, and at least eight years of municipal experience,

Formación

• Post-secondary education in civil or environmental engineering technology.
• Diploma in Civil or Environmental Engineering Technology (min. 3-year).
• Professional Engineer (P.Eng) or CET designation (OACETT) preferred.
• G license and good driving record.
• 8+ years of municipal infrastructure/public works experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership across water, wastewater, stormwater, roads, streetlighting and solid waste operations.
• Lead regulatory compliance activities including DWQMS and CLI-ECA.
• Develop and monitor programs, SOPs, maintenance programs and service delivery practices.
• Oversee capital projects, asset management, and engineering reviews.
• Manage contracts, procurement, and budget with senior management.
