Job summary

Techstaff has long term temporary assignments (12 mo+) available with the County for skilled Customer Service and Administrative professionals able to manage a variety of cases. Although long-term temporary, there will be multiple options to apply for full-time hire as well.

The function of this position is to manage the service requests received by Public Works via the County's CRM interface. Program Coordinators serve as the liaison for the constituents of the county and Public Works

Qualifications

• Experience handling public service requests and citizen inquiries.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize work effectively.
• Familiarity with county or municipal processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage service requests in the county CRM from initial contact to final closure.
• Document CRM activities and citizen communications regularly.
• Research root causes and route requests to the appropriate Public Works unit.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external partners to resolve issues.
• Provide updates and guidance to citizens throughout the request lifecycle.
