Job summary

The Village of Riverwoods is seeking an experienced Public Works and Property Manager to oversee municipal water, sewer, roads, and public buildings. This on-site role requires coordination of multiple projects and adherence to village policies.

Qualifications

• At least three years of work experience in public works administration and operations.
• Experience coordinating construction projects or related field.
• Solid computer skills; strong written and oral communication abilities.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee municipal water, sewer, and roads, and manage public buildings/spaces.
• Coordinate multi-project priorities and provide administrative support to the Director/Mayor.
• Ensure compliance with Village ordinances, policies, and procedures.
• Support operations and long-term municipal growth through professionalism and teamwork.
