Job summary

Cumming Group in Riverside, CA is hiring a Project Manager to support justice/jail facilities for a public sector client. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage scope, schedule and budget, and coordinate with stakeholders to deliver facilities that meet client goals.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's in CM/Engineering and at least eight years in PM/CM, including three years on public works, with CCM/PMP/PE/AIA/LEED preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, QS, Architecture, or related field.
• Eight years of experience in project management, engineering, or construction management.
• Minimum of three years independently managing public works projects.
• Prior experience with justice/jail project types preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and coordinate project scope, schedule, and cost.
• Prepare project management plans and fee budgets.
• Drive permitting with local, state, and federal agencies.
• Coordinate with Inspector of Record (IOR), Fire Marshall, and other regulatory bodies.
• Maintain project documents and cost/revenue projections.
