Job summary

Gfoat is seeking a project manager to oversee initiations, planning, execution, monitoring, and closing of multiple city‑scale projects. The PM will liaise with contractors, consultants and city departments to ensure timely delivery and compliance.

The role requires strong knowledge of project management practices, budget control, contract administration, and reporting. Starting on or after October 5, 2026, the position offers steady responsibilities with interactions at city council meetings

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture/Engineering/Construction.
• 5 years of full-time construction project management experience.
• 3 years in lead or supervisory capacity.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead projects, trainings, and/or technical services.
• Manage selection process and administer consultant services; negotiate terms and fees; manage bids.
• Manage project budgets and schedules from preliminary to post-construction.
• Monitor contracts and contractor performance and approve payments.
• Attend City staff and board meetings as City staff representative.
