• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or closely related field with three years of relevant experience.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• Providing technical engineering and administrative guidance for capital improvement projects.
• Negotiating and administering contracts for design and construction services.
• Providing fiscal management of capital improvement projects, including cost estimates and budgeting.
• Overseeing consultants and contractors regarding performance, contract duties, and scheduling.
• Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders throughout planning, design, and construction.
• Preparing and presenting City Council agenda items.
