Atwell, LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead public works and infrastructure projects, guiding project teams and managing client relationships to deliver safe, reliable outcomes for communities.

You will coordinate with municipalities and public agencies, oversee budgets, schedules, and quality, and contribute to business development while staying compliant with industry regulations and funding mechanisms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Science, Land Planning, Surveying, or related field.
• Professional license (PE, RLA, AICP, CPG, PS) is highly desirable.
• Four+ years of experience delivering public works or infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of local government processes, permitting, and construction markets.
• Experience with utilities, roadway design, stormwater, water/wastewater projects.
• Strong communication and leadership, coordinating diverse stakeholders.
• Deltek Vision experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from proposal through completion, on time, within budget, high quality.
• Establish project objectives with clients and stakeholders.
• Negotiate and manage contracts, budgets, schedules, and financial performance.
• Build relationships with municipal and public agency clients.
• Mentor and support project teams.
• Participate in business development including proposals, presentations, client outreach.
• Stay current with regulations, funding mechanisms, and best practices in public works.
