Job summary

Atwell, LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead public works and infrastructure projects, guiding project teams and managing client relationships to deliver safe, reliable outcomes for communities.

You will coordinate with municipalities and public agencies, oversee budgets, schedules, and quality, and contribute to business development while staying compliant with industry regulations and funding mechanisms.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Science, Land Planning, Surveying, or related field.
  • Professional license (PE, RLA, AICP, CPG, PS) is highly desirable.
  • Four+ years of experience delivering public works or infrastructure projects.
  • Knowledge of local government processes, permitting, and construction markets.
  • Experience with utilities, roadway design, stormwater, water/wastewater projects.
  • Strong communication and leadership, coordinating diverse stakeholders.
  • Deltek Vision experience is a plus.

Atwell is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver public works and infrastructure projects that directly impact communities. In this role, you will be trusted to manage client relationships, guide project teams, and oversee critical projects that improve quality of life through reliable, sustainable infrastructure.

What You Will Do
  • Lead projects from proposal through completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Science, Land Planning, Surveying, or a related field.
  • Professional license highly desired (PE, RLA, AICP, CPG, PS).
  • Four or more years of experience delivering public works, municipal, or infrastructure projects.
  • Knowledge of local government processes, permitting, and construction markets.
  • Experience with utilities, roadway design, stormwater, water and wastewater, or related public infrastructure projects.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to coordinate diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience with project management software such as Deltek Vision is a plus.

Pay Range

$120,000—$155,000 USD
