Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have prior supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prioritize, supervise, and participate in road, bridge, and traffic control work.
• Develop goals, policies, and procedures for Public Works programs.
• Monitor operations and optimize staffing and service levels.
• Oversee budgeting and spending for Public Works projects.
• Inspect projects for compliance with county specifications.
• Coordinate with Foreman, contractors, and outside organizations.
• Respond to citizen questions and communicate with the County Commission.
