Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or construction management or equivalent field.
• 6 years of experience as a PE or CAPM or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Experience with high-volume programs with aggressive schedules and budgets.

Aufgaben

• Manage projects through planning, design, construction, and closeout.
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers and project managers.
• Develop scopes of work and review proposals, plans, specifications, and construction documents.
• Evaluate projects for constructability, quality, compliance, and cost effectiveness.
• Assist with project budgets, cost estimates, financial reporting, and risk assessment.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, inspectors, Procurement, and Public Works divisions.
