Job summary

The City of North Richland Hills is seeking a Maintenance Worker to support building and maintaining city infrastructure. Primary duties include operating heavy and light equipment, constructing water, wastewater and storm drains, repairing roads, and maintaining water/sewer lines.

• No experience required.
• Valid Texas Class C Driver's License.
• Must obtain a valid Class A CDL with tanker endorsement as a condition of continued employment.

Immediate Openings Available!

The purpose of this position is to provide support in the construction and maintenance of City infrastructure. This is accomplished by operating various types of heavy and light equipment, constructing water, wastewater and storm drain lines, repairing asphalt and concrete roads, providing maintenance to water and sewer lines. Other duties include maintaining and repairing equipment such as backhoes, pick-ups, dump trucks and various tools and interacting with other City employees and citizens. This position does not provide direction to other employees.
