The City of Pleasant Hill, MO is seeking a Public Works Maintenance Technician I or II to perform a range of maintenance duties for city infrastructure including streets, water and sewer systems. This on-site role requires hands-on work and the ability to operate equipment under supervision.

Starting wage is $19.00–$23.69/hour, with benefits including health, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, and paid vacation/sick leave; retirement is provided by LAGERS.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old with a High School diploma or equivalent.
• Possess (or obtain within 90 days) a valid Class A CDL with Air Brake endorsement.
• Possess (or obtain) Water and Sewer Licensing.
• Ability to work overtime on short notice and be available for an on-call rotation.

Responsabilités

• Operate power equipment and drive CDL vehicles with minimal supervision.
• Assist in maintenance and repair of water and sewer systems.
• Perform street maintenance and repair tasks as assigned.
• Support department operations as needed.
