Qualifications

• At least 10 years of progressive experience managing a public works organization.
• Bachelor's degree in public/business administration, civil engineering, or related field.
• Master's degree and/or P.E. designation highly preferred.
• Strong planning, budgeting, and fiscal management skills.
• Leadership and participatory management style.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning and implementation of capital projects.
• Lead day-to-day operations of the Public Works Department.
• Provide strong leadership to the village's executive leadership team.
• Propose, implement, and maintain policies affecting infrastructure maintenance.
