The City of Oxnard’s Public Works Department, Parks Division, is seeking a Crew Supervisor who combines strong leadership with excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills to guide maintenance staff.

The successful candidate will develop staff, plan work, monitor safety and quality, manage work orders and budgets, and implement SOPs to ensure reliable, efficient park and facilities maintenance.

• Develop scopes of work, specifications, and performance standards
• Coordinate with contractors for contract services
• Prepare budgets, reports, and maintain records
