Job summary

Ogden City Government seeks a Crew Leader for Parks Structural in the Public Services department. You will direct daily park maintenance across facilities, supervise crews, and coordinate with the Structures Supervisor and other departments.

The role includes safety checks, equipment operation, and event support. Required are a high school diploma and five years in public facilities maintenance; a CDL and CPSI certification are desirable, with additional training in NIMS.

Qualifications

• Five years of maintenance/repair experience in public facilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Any combination of experience and education that provides the required knowledge may qualify.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily maintenance checks and repairs across park facilities and structures.
• Direct crews in construction, building repair, and landscape duties.
• Assist with snow removal, safety inspections, and incident reporting.
• Coordinate with departments and volunteers for events and projects.
• Maintain playgrounds and equipment, and oversee grounds maintenance and irrigation work.
