Job summary

Triangle DeCon Services Inc. in Los Angeles County Public Works is seeking a Cost Control II to support project cost accounting, rebates, and financial management for government projects.

This is a full-time role with responsibilities across budgeting, cost capture, and reporting. The candidate will track costs across multiple funding sources, design internal controls, and prepare reports and dashboards for management and oversight.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of cost accounting or public program financial management experience.
• Ability to track and reconcile project costs, budgets, encumbrances, and expenditures across multiple projects and funding sources.
• Experience developing and implementing a rebate, reimbursement, grant, or incentive program.

Responsibilities

• Provide project cost accounting support and help design, implement, and administer a rebate program for the rebuild effort.
• Prepare clear financial reports, dashboards, and briefing materials for management and oversight bodies.
