CA professional engineering license is a plus.
10+ years of municipal/public works construction experience including standards and manuals.

Responsibilities

Interpret plans and specifications and resolve construction issues with supervision and client representatives.
Review and approve Contractor’s baseline construction schedule and updates.
Monitor contractor progress against baseline schedule and resolve potential delays.
Review and approve Contractor's time extension requests.
Review and approve Contractor's schedule of values and payment applications.
Monitor and track Contractor payments and change orders.
