Job summary

KASA Construction Inc. is seeking an experienced Civil Construction Project Manager to lead our Public Works projects in California.

You will oversee budgeting, scheduling, and compliance across multi-million-dollar contracts, guiding teams from pre-construction through project completion. The ideal candidate brings a minimum of 5 years managing construction projects, deep knowledge of public works contracts, and strong leadership, negotiation, and estimating skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred, but relevant experience may be considered.
• Minimum of 5 years of extensive experience managing construction projects.
• Experience with Public Works contracts and government regulations is required.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, designers, and consultants.
• Lead multiple projects or complex scopes with oversight and mentoring responsibility.
