Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, accounting or related field with 12 semester or 18 quarter units from accounting courses.
• OR, CPA certificate.
• Internal substitution: 4 years as Accounting Technician may substitute for education.

Responsibilities

• Work with various accounting systems.
• Handle tasks related to procurement cards and purchasing.
• Submit budget adjustments, journal entries, and deposits.
• Produce monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual accounting reports.
• Assist in year-end closing and fiscal year budget.
