Job summary

Lindentx in Gladewater, TX seeks a hands-on Public Works Technician to perform street maintenance, grounds keeping, equipment operation, and water/wastewater system upkeep. Essential Duties:

• Perform a wide variety of public works tasks, including street maintenance, grounds keeping, equipment operation, water and wastewater system maintenance and repair, and facility maintenance.
• Respond to emergency callouts as needed.
• Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
• Work independently and as part of a team.

Working Conditions:

• Work is performed primarily outdoors in all weather conditions, including extreme heat, cold, rain, dust, and uneven terrain.
• Position requires frequent lifting, bending, climbing, digging, walking, and other physical labor.
• Must be willing and able to perform a variety of tasks as assigned and adapt to changing daily priorities
