Job summary

Arapahoe County Water and Wastewater Authority (ACWWA) is hiring a Business Operations Manager in the Administration Department in Colorado. You will oversee utility billing, customer service, contracts, and administrative operations while leading a team of professionals to deliver accurate, timely services.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in Business Administration (Master’s preferred) and at least five years of relevant experience, with strong leadership, analytical, and communication

Qualifications

• Five or more years of relevant professional experience in business operations or similar roles.
• Experience in utility billing, customer service, and staff supervision preferred.
• Strong leadership and time-management abilities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage the utility billing and accounts receivable processes.
• Prepare operational and financial metrics, reports and data summaries for leadership and the Board.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for ACWWA's CUZI system.
• Manage customer communications and public notifications.
• Oversee contract administration and office operations.
• Supervise, coach, and develop staff.
