Responsibilities

• Plan capital projects, develop scopes, cost estimates and schedules.
• Inspect work by city crews and contractors for compliance and quality.
• Review plans, data, and records to improve system capacity and reliability.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain required documentation.
• Prepare budgets, monitor expenditures, and oversee purchasing.
