Ohio Consumers’ Counsel seeks an Assistant Consumers’ Counsel in its Legal Department to provide legal guidance to management and the Consumers’ Counsel. The attorney will advocate for consumer protection issues, including proceedings before the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio (PUCO) and other forums.

Competenze

• Must have a license to practice law in the State of Ohio.
• Minimum of three years or equivalent experience in public utility regulation.
• Excellent oral and written communications, including persuasive writing and making technical issues understandable.

• Provide legal advice to management and the Consumers’ Counsel.
