Job summary

Augusta National Golf Club is seeking a Supply Chain Associate to support the Masters Tournament by receiving, sorting, and delivering goods across the Club. You will ensure inventory accuracy, proper storage, and adherence to Club standards and timelines.

Responsibilities include unloading and organizing inventory, rotating stock, tracking levels, and assisting internal departments with supply chain inquiries while maintaining a clean, safe receiving area.

Qualifications

• Ability to unload, sort, store and transport inventory safely.
• Comfort working in variable conditions (heat, cold, rain).
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand/sit for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Unload, unpack and organize incoming inventory in assigned storage locations.
• Transport materials to storage areas and kitchens.
• Maintain inventory levels with regular counts.
• Rotate and label food products and materials in storage.
• Maintain receiving area cleanliness and safety.
• Provide excellent service to internal departments or external clients on supply chain matters.
• Report shortages, rejections, or issues to supervisor.
• Monitor refrigerated storage temperatures.
• Greet and assist members, players, caddies and patrons professionally.
• Operate golf cart or full-sized vehicle following safety regulations.

The Supply Chain Associate is primarily responsible for receiving, sorting, and delivering goods across the Club during Tournament, ensuring all logistics meet Club standards and timelines.

Essential Functions of the Job

• Effectively handle the unloading, unpacking, and organization of incoming inventory in assigned storage locations using suitable tools and safety protocols.
• Transport materials to appropriate storage areas and kitchens.
• Keep track of inventory levels and engage in regular physical inventory checks.
• Ensures proper rotation and labeling of all food products and materials in storage.
• Performs all necessary steps to maintain the cleanliness and safety of the receiving area.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to internal departments or external clients regarding supply chain matters.
• Report any shortages, rejections or issues to the immediate supervisor.
• Monitors temperatures in refrigerated storage areas.
• Greets and directs all members, players, caddies and patrons in a friendly, courteous and professional manner.
• Operates a golf cart and/or full-sized vehicle, following all legal and Club safety regulations.

Other Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintains the confidentiality of all Club business.
• Demonstrates a commitment to upholding professional standards in the work environment.
• Performs other duties which are deemed by management to be an integral part of the job.
• Attends mandatory orientation and training sessions.
• Required to work schedule as defined by department to include holidays, weekends and overtime as needed.
