Job summary

Augusta National Golf Club is seeking a Driver for the Masters Tournament to transport stock items or employees and assist with loading/unloading. You will greet members and patrons professionally, operate golf carts safely, and maintain radio communications with supervisors.

The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, willingness to work in varying weather, and a valid driver's license. Holidays, weekends, and overtime may be required as per department needs.

The Driver is primarily responsible for the transportation of either stock items or employees within the operation, ensuring all service meets Club standards.

Pay Rate: $14.00/hr

Essential Functions of the Job

• Transports stock items or employees as directed by the Warehouse Assistant or the Supervisor.
• Assists in the loading and unloading of stock items.
• Maintains communication by radio with the Warehouse Assistant or the Supervisor.
• Greets and directs all members, players, caddies and patrons in a friendly, courteous and professional manner.
• Operates a golf cart and/or full-sized vehicle, following all legal and Club safety regulations.

Other Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintains the confidentiality of all Club business.
• Demonstrates a commitment to upholding professional standards in the work environment.
• Performs other duties which are deemed by management to be an integral part of the job.
• Attends mandatory orientation and training.
• Required to work schedule as defined by department to include holidays, weekends and overtime as needed.
