Job summary

Augusta National Golf Club in Augusta, GA is seeking a Greeter for the upcoming Masters Tournament. This role focuses on greeting members, players, caddies and patrons in a friendly and professional manner, and communicating entry guidelines to ensure shop standards are met.

Pay rate is $10.00/hr. You will direct patrons within the shop, assist with merchandise returns and security measures by bag sealing items, and guide guests to appropriate areas.

• Displays interpersonal skills to work within a team environment.
• Ability to work in conditions that may include heat, cold, rain or other adverse conditions.
• Requires stooping, bending, lifting and transporting of objects up to 30 pounds.
• Requires sitting or standing for extended periods of time.
• Displays integrity and sincerity interacting with others.

• Bags all merchandise being brought back into the shop by patrons, sealing it with a bag sealer for security purposes.

• Directs patrons outside the exit to the checkstand and shipping area.

The Greeter is primarily responsible for greeting patrons and communicating guidelines for entering the shop, ensuring all service meets Club standards. Pay Rate: $10.00/hr

Essential Functions of the Job

• Greets and directs all members, players, caddies and patrons in a friendly, courteous and professional manner.
• Communicates \"No Drinks Allowed\" policy prior to entering.
• Bags all merchandise being brought back into the shop by patrons, sealing it with a bag sealer for security purposes.
• Directs patrons to appropriate areas of the shop.
• Directs patrons outside the exit to the checkstand and shipping area.

Other Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintains the confidentiality of all Club business.
• Demonstrates a commitment to upholding professional standards in the work environment.
• Performs other duties which are deemed by management to be an integral part of the job.
• Attends mandatory orientation and training.
• Required to work schedule as defined by department to include holidays, weekends and overtime as needed.
