Job summary

TownePlace Suite Fairburn is seeking a House Attendant to maintain guest floor and public space cleanliness, assisting room attendants and possibly supporting laundry duties. The role emphasizes guest-facing service and teamwork in a hotel setting.

Responsibilities include cleaning hallways and public areas, stocking supplies, and ensuring timely response to guest needs. High school education preferred; training may be provided. Uniforms are provided for most positions.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand, read, write and speak basic English.
• Must have excellent customer service skills.
• Must be able to work effectively as a part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Cleans, vacuums hallways, lobbies, corridors, elevators, stairways.
• Maintains Public area cleanliness and restrooms.
• Transports trash and waste to disposal area.
• Stocks carts with linen and room supplies.
• Assist Room Attendants with heavy lifting and moving of furniture and equipment.
