Job summary

Ascent Hospitality is seeking a uniquely qualified hospitality leader to be our House Attendant. The House Attendant is responsible for maintaining Guest floor and Public Space cleanliness, with possible duties in Fitness Center and Meeting Rooms, and supporting Room Attendants as assigned.

Under supervision of the Director/Manager of Housekeeping or General Manager, you will ensure cleanliness, stock supplies, and greet guests with a friendly, service-oriented attitude while performing cleaning

Qualifications

• Must have basic English reading/writing; communicate with team and guests.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Able to work flexible shifts and holidays.
• Team player with ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Cleans, vacuums hallways, lobbies, corridors, elevators, stairways.
• Maintains public area cleanliness (including restrooms).
• Stocks room attendant carts with linen and room supplies.
• Assists Room Attendants with heavy lifting and moving of furniture and equipment.
