Public Spaces/Custodian (Maintenance)

The Custodian/Maintenance staff is responsible for cleaning the lobby and public restrooms, washing and folding laundry, assisting other staff in preparing checkouts to be guest-ready, and maintaining facilities and grounds. They respond promptly to all emergency situations, including police, fire, water, electrical outages, water line breaks, and other emergencies, to ensure safety and operational continuity.
