Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a friendly House Attendant for the Hilton University of Florida Conference Center in Gainesville. You will maintain clean public areas and assist room attendants to ensure guests enjoy a smooth stay.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork. You’ll lift, move and restock supplies on guest floors while following our standards for safety and guest service.

Qualifications

• Housekeeping experience desirable.
• Neat, pleasant personality.
• Time management skills.
• Ability to work on feet for an extended period.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Ability to move, reach corners, and navigate spaces; lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Engage with guests to ensure a smooth stay and high cleanliness standards.
• Walk assigned floors to collect bags, trash, and soiled linen.
• Refill par stock and deliver towels, cribs, and other items to guest rooms.
• Assist room attendants and perform duties of room attendant when needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of public areas following SOPs.
• Support heavy cleaning and restocking activities as required.
• Respond cheerfully to guests and team members and complete assigned projects.
