Job summary

Ascent Hospitality is seeking a House Attendant to maintain guest floors and public spaces, including fitness area and meeting rooms. You will support Room Attendants as assigned and may assist Laundry when needed.

The House Attendant works under the direction of housekeeping leadership. Essential requirements include basic English, excellent customer service, and the ability to work well on a team with flexible shifts.

Qualifications

• Basic English reading/writing/speaking required.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Cleans, vacuums, and maintains hallways, lobbies, and public spaces.
• Cleans floors, rugs, furniture, and fixtures; washes walls and windows.
• Maintains cleanliness of public areas and restrooms; empties trash and stocks supplies.
• Assists Room Attendants and may help Laundry as needed.
• Supports maintenance and pool cleaning as applicable.
