Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality in Beachwood, Ohio, is seeking a detail-oriented House Attendant to join our housekeeping team. You will maintain clean public spaces and assist room attendants, delivering towels and supplies and ensuring guests enjoy a comfortable stay.

The ideal candidate is reliable, able to lift up to 50 lbs, and able to work on feet for extended periods. Experience is desirable; training provided, and a supportive team environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Housekeeping experience desirable.
• Neat, pleasant personality.
• Time management skills.
• Ability to work on feet for an extended period.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Ability to move, traverse, position self to reach corners on floors and high places; observe conditions, detect odors, operate carts and cleaning equipment up to 100 lbs.
• Lift, carry and position loads of at least 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests to ensure their stay is going well.
• Walk all assigned floors at beginning and end of shift to collect bags, trash, and soiled linen.
• Deliver towels, linen, and other items to guest rooms on requests.
• Perform duties of room attendant when necessary.
• Refill the par stock of guest amenities and supplies on each floor pantry.
• Clean all public areas in the prescribed manner while following SOPs.
