Job summary

Comstock Companies is seeking a ParkX Porter to maintain cleanliness in common areas at assigned sites and assist with event setup and breakdown. You will ensure doors, restrooms, lobbies, and sidewalks remain clean and presentable while following safety regulations and company policies.

The role requires reliability, an eye for detail, and a professional, courteous demeanor with tenants and visitors. Weekend availability is required for events and peak times.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license without major violations.
• Flexibility to work after hours and weekends for events.
• Outgoing personality with ability to relate to diverse groups.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Must be credible, trustworthy and maintain integrity.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Keep common areas (lobbies, restrooms, sidewalks, public spaces) clean and presentable.
• Perform daily cleaning and janitorial tasks as scheduled.
• Pressure wash assigned areas and assist with event setup/breakdown.
• Report to location in uniform and maintain a professional appearance.
• Follow safety regulations and cleaning standards; interact professionally with staff and guests.
• Support management with special cleaning or maintenance requests as needed.
• Maintain clean, organized janitorial closet and storage areas.
• Complete end-of-shift documentation and transfer responsibilities to next shift.
• Monitor cleaning supplies and safe use of chemicals.
• Notify management of safety hazards or maintenance needs.
