Job summary

Hilton Garden Inn Kalispell is seeking a dedicated Public Area Attendant to maintain cleanliness and order in lobby, hallways, restrooms, and event spaces. You will respond to guest inquiries, stock supplies, and assist with setup while adhering to safety policies.

The role requires physical activity, standing for long periods, and flexibility to work weekends and holidays. Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not mandatory, and teamwork is appreciated.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain all public areas including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, elevators, and stairwells.
• Ensure all public spaces are free of debris, spills, and hazards.
• Restock supplies such as towels, toiletries, and paper products in public restrooms.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department promptly.
• Assist with setting up and breaking down public event spaces as needed.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest inquiries and requests in a courteous manner.
