Qualifications

• Able to clean 10-15 rooms daily depending on hotel status.
• Capable of standing/walking for long periods and performing physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assists guests courteously and ensures guest satisfaction.
• Thoroughly cleans and sets up guest rooms per policies.
• Replaces linens and cleans bathrooms and surfaces.
• Removes trash and debris; replenishes amenities.
• Ensures alarm clocks, telephones, and TVs are functioning.
• Keeps housekeeping cart organized and secure.
• Reports maintenance issues and completes tasks quickly.
• Follows safety and company policies at all times.
