Job summary

Hilton in Kalispell, MT is seeking a Room Attendant to ensure the highest standard of cleanliness in guest rooms and public areas. You will make beds, clean bathrooms, dust, vacuum, and perform deeper cleans as needed, while restocking linens and amenities for a superior guest experience.

As a crucial part of our housekeeping team, you’ll manage supplies, transport carts, and respond promptly to guest requests, ensuring a warm and welcoming stay for every guest throughout your shift.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping or hotel guest rooms is beneficial.
• Ability to follow cleanliness standards and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Keep guest rooms spotless by making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming and performing deep cleaning as needed.
• Replenish linens and amenities by replacing bed linens and towels.
• Stock, maintain, and transport the housekeeping supply cart daily.
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests to delight our guests.
• Manage waste disposal by collecting and disposing of trash and recyclables in designated areas.
