Job summary

Avion Hospitality is seeking a Public Area Attendant to clean and maintain hotel public spaces, including lobby areas, meeting rooms, and guest corridors. You will support nightly concierge events and assist with coffee service and function setups as needed.

Responsibilities include delivering items to rooms on request, maintaining clean public restrooms, and cooperating with front desk for guest requests. A high school diploma and valid driver's license are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
• Must have a valid driver license and acceptable MVR.
• Ability to convey information and ideas clearly.
• Ability to evaluate and select among alternative actions quickly and accurately.
• Ability to work well in stressful, high pressure situations.
• Must maintain composure and objectivity under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests and colleagues in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Maintain regular attendance per Avion Hospitality standards.
• Uphold personal appearance and grooming standards, including the correct uniform and name tag.
• Comply with Avion Hospitality standards to promote safe and efficient hotel operations.
• Clean and maintain floors in public areas daily per hotel standards.
• Shampoo carpets and furniture in public areas per hotel standards.
• Assist with luggage at check-in/out in a courteous manner.
• Follow safety practices to protect guests and teammates.
