Job summary

Avion Hospitality is seeking a House Attendant to maintain the clean, welcoming public areas of the hotel. You will perform deep cleaning, restock supplies, and support lobby functions as needed.

This role emphasizes guest service, safety, and teamwork, with daily responsibilities that keep floors, carpets, and restrooms in top condition. Tulsa, OK area familiarity is a plus and training is provided.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; hotel or related field preferred.
• Experience in hospitality or housekeeping is a plus.
• Ability to respond to guest requests promptly.

Responsibilities

• Comply with Avion Hospitality standards and regulations.
• Clean/Buff floors daily according to hotel standards.
• Shampoo carpets in public areas per standards.
• Shampoo furniture as needed per standards.
• Handle luggage assistance at check-in/out in a courteous manner.
• Practice safe work habits to ensure guest and staff safety.
• Handle Lost and Found items according to standards.
• Turn in keys and assignment sheets at end of shift.
• Complete daily assignment check list and submit to supervisor.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
