Job summary

Hyatt in Tulsa, OK is seeking a diligent House Attendant to clean and maintain the appearance of the hotel's public areas. Responsibilities include deep cleaning of assigned areas, setting up lobby functions, and delivering items to guest rooms on request.

You will follow Avion Hospitality standards, keep floors clean, shampoo carpets and furniture in public spaces, assist guests with luggage, and perform other duties as needed with a courteous, safety‑minded approach.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent and/or hotel experience preferred.
• Ability to follow Avion Hospitality standards and safety procedures.
• Flexibility to perform a range of housekeeping tasks as assigned by supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Clean and buff floors daily according to hotel standards.
• Shampoo carpets and furniture in public areas per hotel standards.
• Provide luggage assistance at check-in/check-out cheerfully.
• Maintain public restrooms and routine maintenance checks.
• Deliver service items to guest rooms on request.
• Turn in keys and assignment sheets to the appropriate department at shift end.
