Embassy Suites by Hilton Anaheim North is seeking a Public Area Attendant to maintain cleanliness in hotel public spaces and respond to guest requests. The role supports a growth path from Room Inspector to Housekeeping Supervisor and beyond, with a focus on safety and sustainability.

Responsibilities include cleaning surfaces, floors, carpets, and elevators, maintaining break rooms, and following MSDS and OSHA protocols.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean all hard and textile surfaces and restrooms in public areas and respond to guest requests.
• Ensure internal windows and doorways are free of fingerprints and smudges.
• Keep furniture and hard surfaces in public areas clean and organized.
• Maintain clean floors free of debris.
• Clean carpet spots in public areas.
• Ensure elevators are clean and free of debris.
• Empty all waste receptacles in public areas.
• Clean employee break room and employee restroom.
• Use chemicals according to directions and be familiar with MSDS sheets.
• Follow procedures for protection against blood borne pathogens and OSHA standards.
• Adhere to EarthView sustainability guidelines for HHM.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
