Job summary

Hilton Anaheim is seeking a Public Area Attendant to maintain cleanliness across lobby, hallways, restrooms and guest spaces. You will help create a welcoming environment by performing daily cleaning tasks, assisting housekeeping, and addressing guest requests with courtesy.

The role requires flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, plus a team-oriented, detail-driven approach to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Commitment to outstanding guest service with prompt, courteous responses.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation standards and safe handling of equipment.
• Strong attention to detail to maintain high cleanliness and presentation.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift and perform physically demanding tasks.

Responsibilities

• Keep public areas spotless: dust, vacuum, mop, wash windows and empty trash in lobbies, restrooms and corridors.
• Delight our guests: greet warmly, answer questions and resolve service requests.
• Support housekeeping: assist in guest room cleaning and fulfill service requests when needed.
• Handle special projects: deep cleaning tasks like moving furniture and waxing floors.
