Qualifications

• Within a year of appointment, state certification as License Title Agent or federal certification as Passport Acceptance Agent is required.
• Other federal/state licenses may be required to perform job functions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service for licenses, vehicle titles and legal documents.
• Process transactions, collect fees, and handle payments including overpayments and adjustments.
• Review and verify records; respond to inquiries from staff and taxpayers.
• Coordinate workflow with other divisions; prepare and balance daily receipts and reports.
• Train staff on processes, law changes and new technologies; maintain and organize records.
