Job summary

Public Consulting Group is currently seeking a Trust Account Specialist. This role is part of PCG's federal revenue management team for the Wisconsin Department of Children & Families, handling funds associated with benefits and ensuring accurate accounting and compliant application of federal and state requirements.

An ideal candidate will be a team player with excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills, with ~1–2 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Conduct electronic systems eligibly review for youth entering care and annually thereafter.
• Perform all account management & reconciliation activities accurately and timely.
• Ensure that accounts are closed and funds distributed appropriately and timely when child leaves DCF care.
• Provide clear and timely communication to client representatives and affiliate agencies.
• Monitor performance standard measurements for trust accounting activities.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
