Responsibilities

• Conduct electronic systems eligibility review for youth entering care and annually thereafter.
• Perform all account management and reconciliation activities accurately and timely.
• Complete all federal and state reports and requests accurately and timely.
• Ensure accounts are closed and funds distributed appropriately when a youth leaves DCF care.
• Provide clear communication to client representatives and affiliate agencies.
• Monitor performance standard measurements for trust accounting activities.
• Participate in state and federal audit inquiries.
