Qualifications

• One year of IT desktop support for Systems Analyst I; three to five years for II/III.
• Associate's degree required for Systems Analyst I; Bachelor's degree required for II/III in Computer Science or Information Services.

Responsibilities

• Provide first contact support for staff hardware and software issues and maintain systems.
• Track problems, monitor performance, and report trends to the IT Manager.
• Install and configure hardware and software; manage asset inventory and licensing.
• Maintain network platforms and related software in a Windows environment (AD, DHCP, DNS, GPO, certificates).
• Apply security patches and updates; monitor and protect IT assets from threats.
• Create and maintain user accounts; provide staff training and documentation.
