Job summary

Town of Oro Valley in Arizona is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee high-priority, cross‑department initiatives. Under the Assistant Town Manager, you will supervise staff, coordinate multiple projects, and support the General Plan and Strategic Plan implementations.

Responsibilities include preparing analyses and presentations for public hearings, leading the Community Academy, monitoring plan progress, and facilitating public meetings and outreach.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure completion of projects aligned with General Plan and Strategic Plan.
• Coordinate multiple projects and staff with minimal supervision.
• Prepare analyses, reports, graphics, and presentations for public hearings.
• Lead Community Academy and supervise assigned staff.
• Monitor plan implementations and report performance metrics.
• Facilitate public meetings and outreach to stakeholders.
• Participate in intergovernmental and community meetings.
