Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in public or business administration, political science, finance, economics, organizational leadership, or related field and four (4) years of government administration/management analysis experience, or an equivalent combination.
• Master's degree in public or business administration or related field is desirable; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads and coordinates complex organizational initiatives and cross‑departmental projects from planning through implementation.
• Develops strategic plans, evaluates performance measures, and supports executive initiatives.
• Analyzes organizational, financial, and policy issues; prepares reports and recommendations for City leadership.
• Supports policy development, legislative priorities, and intergovernmental initiatives; coordinates with federal, state, tribal, and community partners.
• Prepares City Council agenda materials, reports, and presentations; communicates with Mayor and Council as needed.
• Represents City Administration before agencies, organizations, and stakeholders; oversees citizen inquiries and maintains responsive service levels.
• Manages budget administration, financial monitoring, purchasing, payroll approvals, and records management within City Administration.
