Job summary

Monetary is a fast-growing financial platform powering treasury and capital markets for public sector clients. The Solutions Engineer role partners with Sales, Product, CS, and public finance teams to translate product capabilities into tangible business outcomes.

You will demo the platform, learn treasury workflows, and become a trusted adviser across multi-product demonstrations, with strong communication and a passion for solving customers’ operational challenges in public finance and banking.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of relevant experience in solutions engineering, solution consulting, presales, financial technology, treasury, banking, public finance, enterprise software, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives and Account Managers to provide presales support for new customer acquisition and account expansion opportunities.
• Participate in discovery conversations to understand prospect processes, challenges, priorities, technical environment, and desired outcomes.
• Prepare and deliver tailored product demonstrations connecting Monetary capabilities to prospect needs.
• Communicate complex treasury, accounting and banking concepts in a clear, approachable manner.
• Develop working proficiency across the full Monetary platform and serve as a subject-matter resource in assigned product areas.
• Coordinate with senior Solutions Engineers on multi-product or executive-level demonstrations.
• Deepen knowledge of Monetary products, public-sector treasury operations, financial reporting, and competitive landscape.
