Job summary

Precise Software Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Senior Technical Business Analyst to gather and document system and business requirements as user stories and use cases, and to support design, development, and testing of software solutions for government-focused programs.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into functional specs, manage traceability, facilitate reviews, and assist QA and testing activities throughout delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration or related discipline preferred.
• Three+ years IT experience as a Business Analyst and Tester.
• Experience facilitating meetings with stakeholders and technical leads.
• Experience as Scrum Master for team coordination.
• Proficient in writing user stories and acceptance criteria.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and document requirements using user stories and use cases.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and system solutions.
• Coordinate requirement validation with stakeholders and teams.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and status reports.
• Support testing with test scripts and traceability to requirements.
• Manage changes through formal change control processes.
• Produce weekly/monthly status reports.
