CentralSquare Technologies is seeking a Professional Services Scoping Analyst in the United States. You will define project scope, estimate hours, and author SOW/SOS documents to guide engagements with clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education/experience.
• Proficient with Salesforce for opportunity tracking and artifacts.
• Proficient with Excel/Word for estimation models and document authoring.
• Proficient with SharePoint for document management and version control.
• Strong written/verbal communication for executive audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple requests in a high-volume environment.
• Experience writing SOWs or similar documentation is desirable.
• Experience estimating project effort in professional services or presales environments desirable.
• Familiarity with public sector or public safety software implementations desirable.
• Experience with CPQ tools or quote configuration desirable.

Responsabilités

• Responds to Sales Requests in Salesforce by producing estimates of hours and effort.
• Writes clear Statements of Work and Services to define tasks and align with clients.
• Ensures quality and accuracy in scoping estimates and SOW/SOS documents.
• Collaborates with regional sales, pricing, product management, and services teams to clarify scope.
• Acts as a conduit between sales and business units for scope decisions.
• Maintains Salesforce as the repository for scoping information and artifacts.
• Keeps SharePoint organized with version control and templates.
• Optimizes scoping templates based on product and services feedback.
• Manages a high volume of concurrent requests and prioritizes deadlines.
• Flags risks and gaps early to avoid resourcing issues.
• Participates in internal strategy sessions with stakeholders.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
